Asking for help takes courage but it is absolutely possible to feel better, to feel differently. Although it isn’t always easy to ask for help I’ll be there for you every step of the way. From your initial enquiry through to your counselling sessions, I will guide you at a pace that suits you, without pressure or judgement. Although I specialise in helping people with anxiety, as an experienced counsellor I am able to help with a wide variety of difficulties. Counselling is a time that’s just for you and you can choose what you would like to work on in therapy. If you’re unsure where you would like to start I can help you to decide.
