How Counselling Can Help

I understand that considering attending counselling is not an easy decision. The challenges you are facing may feel overwhelming and unchangeable. Often when we have anxiety we also feel anxious about seeking help. Whether things have become more difficult recently or you have been struggling for a while, I can help.
 
Through private one hour counselling sessions I can provide you with a safe, calm space to begin to explore what you are finding difficult. I can help you to understand the impact it is having on your life and emotional well-being. Together, we can look at what changes you would like to make and how to make them. You will be able to learn new skills and new ways of navigating life's challenges.

I appreciate that the thought of taking that first step into the unknown and trying to explain to me what is going on when you don’t always understand it yourself can seem daunting.

I am patient and non-judgemental and will guide you through the process.

Although I specialise in anxiety and relationship difficulties, I am able to help with a wide variety of issues. If you're unsure if I can help, you're very welcome to get in touch. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
